Has anyone used lean in 15 by Joe Wicks? I've bought the book but I've yet to use it. Essentially you eat low carb most of the day and then have a carb refuel after your workout. The problem is I work out quite late each evening and I don't think I'd be able to wait till 10 to eat dinner.is the timing of carbs that important

carb timing is not important for weight loss. all thats important is calories in vs calories out0
