Hi
I,ve used Myfitness Pal in the last year and to be honest I found the tracking of packaged items like soup, cereal bars easy as I could scan the barcode and all of the calls etc were accurately loaded up. The part I found difficult was tracking "homemade meals" such as spaghetti Bolognese, pasta etc as I wasn't measure sure if the quantities were accurate, would the easiest solution be to be a scale and measure quantities, save cals and then eat that meal on a reg basis?
Thanks
