Trying to follow IIFYM this is what it generated
Protein Grams: 189
Fat Grams: 83
Carbs Grams: 154
Fiber Grams: 33-44
Can you track fibre on MFP??

    Well those certainly aren't MFP estimates. I suspect it's a IIFYM calculator.

    If youre not used to eating that much fiber I suggest kind of gradually increasing it and increasing your water or you may start to feel backed up and gassy

    yes, my comment was that the IIFYM site tends to overestimate protein needs...

    I could have sworn that said MFP tends to over estimate protein.. I need more caffeine apparently.

    Is the ability to track fibre only available on available on premium? I have only started tracking meals. I generally use Kettlebells 3 days a week and I'm active with m Thai the
    2 a week. I have used habit based coaching but I suspect I'm over eating as I'm gaining. Fat. Body fat is about 18% I'm 6 foot 2 and I'm 15.5 stone. I'm not concerned about weight but I want to strip off body fat. Would I better to stick to oops MFP cals to follow this??thanks
