Hi
I'm starting back with my fitness and it has set my carbs to 50, i adjust this to increase protein but the overall Cals remain the same will this improge/speed up weight loss???

As long as you're in a calorie deficit you'll lose weight. MFP gives you the number of calories to eat, and that only changes 1. as your weight changes and you recalculate, and 2. if you change your activity level. The macros percentages are the percentage of total calories, and how you distribute them is personal preference.0

I would put the carbs at 25 or 30%. Carbs generally will make you feel hungrier throughout the day, and eating more protein/fat will make you less hungry. Also if you're doing any kind of exercise program, more protein is better.0
