100g carbs day

Hi
I was reading a post by Scott Sonnon and he was making the point that 100g of carbs a day will give you your natural physique with minimal exercise... what do you think??

    OP, this sounds like a load of hogwash.

    Want to lose weight? Eat in a calorie deficit first and foremost, fill your diet with foods that you enjoy and foods that are satiating. That will be sustainable long term.

    Exercise is not required for losing weight, though getting enough protein and a resistance training program will help you maintain muscle mass while losing weight, which is what will really "reveal your natural athletic physique" as your BF% comes down.

    I mean, you might glycogen deplete a little at 100g net, which will make you pee off a bit of water, including some subcutaneous water, which will dry you out a bit and make you look less "soft". However, unless you're already somewhat lean, you won't even be able to see the difference.
