Would You Rather 'Food' Game
This is a pretty simple game. First you read the post above yours and answer what you would rather eat. Then you post your "would you rather" food question. OK, the first question- Would you rather have pancakes or waffles?

Can Someone Gift Me a Xmas Gift?
I have been locked out of using my home/food logging/mail, etc., for the last week...FRUSTRATING! Anyways, I noticed mail from Wingson84 and a friend request from Chloe_ville. Can someone please forward them a note from me saying I'm not ignoring them, but am locked out of my account? They can get back to me using this…

Can Someone Check to See My Food Diary please?

Cloud Bread Recipe please!
I know a few have been posted - however could someone pass on their 'favorite' one? Do you have to use the whole egg or can I use just egg whites that come in a carton...does it need 'fat' to make it sturdy? I'm hoping to make a 'flat' bread sort of thing with it... Thanks all who respond :)

Healthy Chocolate Frozen Shake-NO Bananas!!!:)
Thought I'd share this recipe. Haven't tried it yet but it's intriguing in the fact that it uses frozen cauliflower instead of frozen bananas. I'd probably not use as many dates and use a few frozen berries instead. Curious too if anyone out there have used frozen veggies for something like this?…

Alcohol and food consumption...
When I consume alcohol, I tend to get hungry and want to eat...and eat! :# However, my boyfriend is the complete opposite. When he consumes alcohol, he can just keep drinking and not eat at all. Even if we prepare dinner and we have a few before the meal, I'll be 'so' ready to eat it all up and he usually could care less…

I Now Weigh Out My Protein Powder!
I've been incorrectly using the scoop that my Promasil Protein Powder comes with...for years! I decided to weigh it out today just to see how accurate it was. The 28 gram scoop came in at only 17.5 grams! So I've been logging one scoop for many, many moons...while only consuming .625 of a scoop. Over one week that's almost…
