I know a few have been posted - however could someone pass on their 'favorite' one? Do you have to use the whole egg or can I use just egg whites that come in a carton...does it need 'fat' to make it sturdy?

I'm hoping to make a 'flat' bread sort of thing with it...

Thanks all who respond :)

Thanks so much - I don't have the full fat Greek yogurt right now but a big 'o tub of the 0% Greek yogurt - do you think it would come out ok...does it need the 'fat' to make it sturdy?

Yea it needs something fatty. Otherwise it will be a pavlova, sort of.
You need cream cheese, cottage cheese or full fat yogurt. Not much. For 4 egg whites only 3-4TBSP. Its what gives it the structure.

Thanks...I might try both (pavlova is sounding pretty yummy too)
