The front of the package of noodles (Yuko Yam Noodles) net weight of 200g and drained weight is 120g
The nutritional label on the back states: 10 calories/100 g
Question: Would the nutritional label on the back of container be 100 grams of the 'drained' or 'netted weight' product that equals only 10 calories?
Thank you!

There's no way to tell if it doesn't specify. It would make a difference with a calorie-dense food.
Since the whole package just has 20 calories max, I'd log that.0
