What is one full fat / calorie / sugar food that you absolutely can not substitute for the "lighter" versions. Mine is sour cream.

1/2 lb per week?
I originally set my goal for 2lbs per week. Huge mistake! I was starving!!! Then I changed to 1 1/2 then to 1. I have been so hungry that I blow it. Keep slipping.
Every few days or so I slip up and go way over. Almost all the way to maintenance calories. Today at work our managers grilled for us. I had 2 hotdogs and some Doritos. And a couple cookies. Got a booty!
So I've been using the elliptical with resistance about 3 times a week for the last month and my booty is looking gooood! My back has more of a scoop and my butt is lifted and more round! Love it! Just had to share my excitement. I've always had a shapeless flat butt!

Work snacks
I have a pretty active job. I walk about 5 miles per day with some heavy lifting. I need some ideas for healthy snacks that I can eat on my breaks that will kill hunger and give me a boost. I eat almonds occasionally but that gets old.

Weight loss and lifting
I've been lifting and staying at or close to my calorie goal but my weight loss is slower than before I started lifting. Has anyone else noticed slower losses while lifting? I should have taken measurements!

One day at a time
