What is one full fat / calorie / sugar food that you absolutely can not substitute for the "lighter" versions. Mine is sour cream.

I can't stand most light or reduced calorie foods. There are only a few foods I "lighten up." I eat 2% yogurt and cottage cheese because full fat seems too rich to me. I add an Equal to my smoothie in the morning, but I also have a tablespoon of honey in there and I can't taste anything but additional sweetness. I also drink diet sodas. I make my own bread, so sometimes I'll slice it thinner to reduce calories.That's pretty much it, though.0
