Me too. I tracked my heart rate as well but it was virtually the same result.0 -
Can I ask, how many times have you done this video? I did it for day #2 this morning and I am dying on just level 1. I have been working out for a few months now so thought it should be relatively easy but I'm having issues with stairs today!0

It'll get better. Give it a few more days. You'll find level one easy, after you've finished level 2&3
Cal burn with my HRM 150 /180 / 200 on level 1 / 2 / 3 respectively. But I'm short and a low burner (low HR).0 -
