Is this healthy?
Obviously I'm eating too little for 5'11 but i started walking 8,000-10,000 steps a day and going to the gym, I've lost my apetite after coming back from a gym. Sometimes I feel like i'm only hungry for junk even if i have healthy options but then when i eat junk i feel gross and weird. What is wrong!!

I started college this year and i realized that i gained 35 lbs ever since i started. before i went to france in my senior year of high school, i lost 40 lbs and gained 5 in france. Too many calories??
Hello! So I lowered my goal to losing .8 kg a week because before it was 1 kg and it's just unrealistic. I'm 19 and weigh 226 lbs and i'm 5'11. So my new calorie goal is 1830 to lose .8 kg a weak. Now my question is, isn't 1830 a bit much? Will i lose weight if i it under or exactly 1830?

Too much calories for breakfast?
Hi!! I had 510 calories for breakfast, 2 pieces of sourdough bread i think with natural peanut butter that you squeeze from machines in whole foods and i put half table spoon of honey on each.
