Should I eat more?

So I think I grasped the idea of calorie counting, now i'm ready to exercise more. My daily calories should be 1,900 to lose .8 kg a week, so if I run and burn some calories do I eat more? Because I heard from many people that you have to eat a bit more when you workout to not deprive yourself but i'm not sure how much.
Hope my concern makes some sense haha

MFP is designed for you to eat back exercise calories. However the calorie burn on MFP is very generous, most people eat back about 50% of their exercise calories.0

Yes. the MFP database is usually higher than the calorie burn my watch gives me. So if you are going by the calories in the MFP data, eat back 50-75% of them.0 -
what most people do is enter any exercise that they do. mfp has an interface for it - type of exercise, duration, that kind of thing.
the software does the math for you and produces a calorie 'burn' which it adds to your allowance for that day. so you'll see the number change on your goal intake, and you just have to arrange to meet that.
what the poster above was talking about is the fact that mfp is 'generous' with figuring out how many calories you really burned. so if you tell it you did x for y time, it'll say you burned z calories and the previous poster was just cautioning you that 'z' might be a slightly higher number than the real truth.
with that said, i kept losing weight when i was logging and letting it add my burn to the daily goal, so there's that.1
