Steps are 22,000 but iPhone says it’s 200 calories burnt?
Does anyone know why the steps counter on the iPhone states iv burnt such a low calories? On average I do like 10,000 steps and it normally says 100 calories, total I done 22,000 and iv burnt 200 calories, Thanks

Confused with Apple steps calories
Hi Does anyone know how accurate the steps calories are for apple? So iv walked 20,000 steps today and apparently that’s 200 calories burnt. I walked 5 hours 10 miles total, My map my walk says 800 calories burnt so a little confused on what I should be aiming for. Do you guys add the calories burnt into your diet? Thanks 😊

Which apps are accurate for working out steps calories?
So Iv just walked to my sons school to pick him up which is 15-17 each way mins walk resulting in 6666 steps by my day day band. 4.4km That comes up as 230 calories where as apple steps comes up as 67 calories. Thanks
