If you're not losing weight it's because you're not consistently in a calorie deficit0

Are you properly measuring and logging the stews?0

Drinking 8 glasses of water daily is essential. Good luck.0

How long have you been eating this way? How are you tracking your calories?0

For weight loss? No. You don't *have* to drink any water to lose weight, let alone 8 glasses.1 -
Are you making these soups/stews yourself? Are you using the recipe builder and a food scale when preparing them and determining serving size?0

OP. Have you not lost any weight at all since losing the weight, or just a little bit? How long have you been losing weight? How long has your stall been? How long did it take you to lose the weight?
Weight loss is NOT about the type of foods you eat. You can eat what you like just as long as you're within your calories. You can still eat pizza. Most of us do. You don't have to eat mainly soups to lose weight. You don't have to be miserble. I'm not trolling. I've lost close to 100lbs eating all the foods that I love, including chocolate. It is ALL about calories. Yep.
Are you counting calories? You didn't mention that.
Are you using the recipes builde for your stews and soups?
Do you use a food scale?blackberries1 wrote: »Drinking 8 glasses of water daily is essential. Good luck.
Yah, no. Water doesn't help with weight loss. It is great for hydration, though. If you're not hydrated enough, your body will hold on to fluids which will show on the scale. Water is also great to prevent constipation, another reason why the scale won't go down.KassiesJourney wrote: »Are you properly measuring weighing ingredients, using the recipe builder and logging the stews?

You didn't mention logging your food, are you constantly and accurately logging what you consume?0
