Iv out on weight?

I I'm on week 2 of the gym and my legs have got bigger even though I'm eating less and working about 500 calories a day through running and then do weights or bike.

My belly is getting stronger but the fatty bit on top is still there.

Any reccomendations?

    It is water retention resulting from the change in your activity. Once your muscles get used to the water retention will go away. Just give it time--4 to 5 weeks and it will no longer be an issue unless you really up your exercise intensity or change your workout.
