Feel meh as I have no one to have kids to exercise

I have 3 kids. 1, 2 and 9 year old and my parents are away for 2 weeks no I'm also dog and nan sitting. Iv had a tummy bug which has lasted 2 weeks now so feeling yuk! Still eating under calories but not losing a thing still. Considering I have a tummy bug too so as soon as I eat I need loo I'm surprised I haven't lost anything. Gunna go back to doctors this week but fed up as can't go gym lol

    How long have you not lost weight for? Have you been able to accurately measure your food?

    Does your gym ever have babysitting hours? I know mine has some, and I don't have kids.

    When you get some strength back, take them to the park and chase them around- wear them out and get some good movement in. Walk to the park if possible.

    It's a holiday park run one and not unfortunately I have asked and suggested lol yeah measuring my food. Getting irritating as been working out since Jan 2nd. I have two meals a day and coffee in between or tea. I'm really tired all the time too as baby wakes up in night still wondering wether tiredness is frying my body a bit. Do need to do allot more walking so hoping wether perks up soon.
