By just looking at 3 days of your diary, I'm going to go with --- buy a food scale. Weigh everything. One bagel could be anywhere from 200 to 800 calories, for example.

While it sounds counter intuitive, eat more. You are generally under 1,000 cal each day AND exercising. Up your calorie intake. There are plenty of threads with helpful information.

My bagel had its calories on the bag. Been to doctors today as I'm constantly running back to toilet like 8 times a day which I thought was a tummy bug but I'm day 6 of it. Even when I was on holiday and eating 5 massive meals a day over Xmas I'm still same weight. Iv been gymming it since Jan 2nd when I got back from holidays.

Bagged items are allowed to be off on the calories by up to 20%. So a 300 calorie bagel could really be 360. That kind of stuff adds up.

And the bagel was just one example from your diary...

No, it doesn't work that way.

Although I agree that IF the OP was eating less than 1,000 calories and exercising it would be a really bad idea.

OP - how close are you to goal? Close(r) to goal = slow weight loss. Water weight can mess with the scale too. It could be you lost weight, but sore muscles are holding water (for repair). See the graphic above.

When it was summer I was 8 1/2 stone but I cannot shift from just under 10 stones. Iv defo put muscle on but I cannot fit into size 10 anymore. Defo bloated at moment due to the bad belly situation mind. But puzzled as to why I'm holding the weight so much.
