Am I overtraining?
Go to the gym six times a week for about 2.5 hours each session. I've recently started feeling physically shot after every workout like chronic fatigue, aching like mad, irritability (the slightest thing annoys me) and just a negative outlook on life, my body and my health. I've had all tests possible and everything is…

alcohol
Going for a drink tomorrow with some friends, does anyone have any recommendations for low calorie/sugary/carb-heavy drinks. I don't want to be a spoilsport by not having anything to drink but I don't want to waste the effort I will put in in the gym in the morning.

should i increase my fats?
I am currently bulking on about 3700cals with 500g carbs, 215g protein and 86g fat so I am at a ratio of 55% carbs, 24% protein and 21% fat. Now I've researched and regardless of my calorie intake, many recommend 25-35% of your diet should be fats despite minimum of 0.4g per pound of bodyweight. I have not noticed a…

Nandos
If the chips at nandos fit in my macros are they ok to have? They are just a bad fat and carb sauce imo. Also the sodium level will be high about 3200mg for tomorrow, is this fine?

I have always struggled with stress and anxiety and always pushed my body to the max when exercising (2.5 hours per day 6x a week) but I have also always suffered from lower abdominal fat even when I was a skeleton a few months ago. Raw into cooked weight
I bought some extra lean steak mince from musclefood, yet it weighs 400g raw and the nutritional info on the musclefood website is per 100g raw. Bodyfat scales
I bought some tanita scales to measure my bodyfat and I have to actually put in 5cm less than my actual height to give me a reading which at 172cm puts me at 5.2%. At my actual height of 177cm the scales come up as "ErrL" which looking at the key means low bodyfat and it can't give me a reading. Why is this the case? Is it…
