shall i up the calories
Been trying out a bulk of about 3200 calories for the past few weeks and icreased this to 3300 a week ago but still not seen any movement on the scale but I think I look bigger in the mirror, is this just distortion or should the scale just be ignored if I feel and appear to myself as bigger?

Including non foods
Do people count tablets etc in their daily intake and macros? I take Zipvit electrolyte tablets that say 1.6g protein per tablet but this is in the form of l glutamine not actually protein. Should I include it in my macros? The same with fish oils etc

Do you cycle your tablets?
I have taken CLA, l-carnitine and ZMA non-stop for about 6 months, is this dangerous and should I have two weeks off and cycle them?

Cereal before bed
Are cornflakes before bed a bad idea due to the sugar and dextrose in it or does it have no effect abd only the whole caloric intake in the day can determine fat gain overnight?

Question about fitbit and calories
With the fitbit app and the bracelet and the amount of calories burned, would you then add this to your BMR to find out how many calories you need a day? Like I've burned 2059 and my BMR is 1650, do i therefore need 3650 calories?

Current bulking macros; 420 carbs, 210 protein and 85 fat. I've noticed with the higher carbs I'm actually feeling more sluggish. Rate my macros
I exercise 6x a week, 2.5 hours per session. 146 pounds, 5ft 9. Looking to pack on weight. My packaging for chicken breasts says "100g per grilled" so should ibweigh the chicken after? Also should I use the packaging guidelines rather than the barcode scanner on MFP as they differ?
