Hey everyone the packaging for my pork loin says 17g fat per 100g but I cut off all the fat from the pork once it's cooked. How should I log it?

USDA nutrient data base has entries for lean only cooked pork loin, e.g.,
Basic Report: 10069, Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted
but there are entries for other methods of cooking.
(Note that there is still fat in the pork even after you've trimmed the visible fat.)1
