I exercise 6x a week, 2.5 hours per session. 146 pounds, 5ft 9. Looking to pack on weight. My TDEE according to the Katch-McCardle method (most accurate according to bodybuilding.com) is 2910 so for a 10% bulk my calories are 3190. I eat higher protein because it keeps me fuller for longer and I enjoy the meat. Macros are205 protein, 400 carbs and 85 fat. Should I lower carbs? Shall I try a higher fat diet instead?

I would say protein can be lower and you wouldn't suffer. Then I'd let the other two fall where they will. Bulking is a time to be more flexible.0
