Cooked weight

My packaging for chicken breasts says "100g per grilled" so should ibweigh the chicken after? Also should I use the packaging guidelines rather than the barcode scanner on MFP as they differ?

Go with the nutritional information on the package. Most of the MFP entries are user entered and often incorrect. Is there a special marinade on the chicken? Regardless of if you weigh it before or after, make sure you select a database entry that is the same state (if you weigh it cooked, make sure the entry you have is for cooked). Personally I prefer to weigh everything raw, as it goes into the pan/pot.
I realize my response is probably a bit late for your lunch today, but for next time!0
