shall i up the calories

Been trying out a bulk of about 3200 calories for the past few weeks and icreased this to 3300 a week ago but still not seen any movement on the scale but I think I look bigger in the mirror, is this just distortion or should the scale just be ignored if I feel and appear to myself as bigger?

    my waist has bee fluctuating from 29.5-31 within days so I'm not reall sure whats happening hah

    Measure your chest, arm, quad, etc. My opinion, the scale is only good to follow a trend.

    I'm uppig my carbs to 425 and fats to 95, does this sound ok? I know the fats go way over 0.4g..

    this would put my split at 50% carbs, 25 fat and 25 protein, is this suitable do you think?
