I'm only 146 pounds yet my waist is 30/30.5, is this too big for my weight? I'm also 5 ft 9 and 20 years old

    You're a good weight for your height. We are all built differently. But my waist at 5' 6" and 137 lbs is 29.5/30 and I consider it to be a nice waist.
