With the fitbit app and the bracelet and the amount of calories burned, would you then add this to your BMR to find out how many calories you need a day? Like I've burned 2059 and my BMR is 1650, do i therefore need 3650 calories?

No. Fitbit's calorie burn includes your BMR.
Do you have the Fitbit linked to MFP? Are you getting an exercise adjustment?

Nope. The calorie burn estimate that Fitbit provides takes into account your BMR, the activity recorded by your tracker, and any activities you log manually.0
