Hitting calories or macros

Which do you prefer to hit? My macros rarely add up to my daily caloric goals, but I aim for the macros because some nutritional info misses things out like saturated fats etc.

    So you hit daily mcros but weekly calories?

    Is this sarcasm? haha I'm bulking and exercise for long periods as well as having a high N.E.A.T through walking etc.

    Yes and NO sarcasm. If my Daily goal for calories is 3000 times that by 7 (week) and I can eat 21,000 calories a week. Some days I might only eat 2000 and some days 4000 as long as I'm at 21,000 for the week who cares? 3

    Macro's however I tend to work on Daily with at least the Minimum amount of Protein and Fats everyday to Maintain Muscle and keep the body working efficiently fats)
    These are my Minimums.
    Protein min is .8 per body pound
    Fat Min I use .4 per body pound

    Yeah I always make sure I hit my protein and fats minimums but I tend to go as far as 1.4g protein and 0.55 for fats with carbs taking up the rest (430g)
