Is there an app that you can program to say walk for 5 mins, run for 5, walk for 2, run for 5 and that kind of thing? I'm thinking like the C25K, but that you can program the times yourself? Thanks

Sprained my toe, dammmiittt
Snow shoed yesterday. Tried to get on the treadmill this morning and could barely walk. I think I sprained a toe. Was going to start week 5 of the C25K. Now I'll be pushed back a bit while my toe heals. Not sure what else I can do in the meantime. Maybe pick up the weights more this week. Just venting.

Was feeling cold the other night so I tried to nuke my protein shake (chocolate flavoured). Big mistake as I think it just cooked and I ended up with sludge, and it was barely warm at that point.
