I'm debating whether or not to do low carb, Vs keto for my health. I'm not sure I can do keto, but I do like some of the recipes Just not enough veggies for me.

Low carb not working?
Is there anyone who low-carb doesn't work for? It seems to give me a bad sweet tooth. And carb cravings. Anyone else like this?

Doctors calorie recommendations
So I went to a doctor yesterday. I'm not sure if I should follow her recommendations of not. I have PCOS and insulin resistance. She recommended: 1400 calories 140g carbs 80 g protein No more than 30g sugar And working out at least 40 minutes, 4-5x a week I am so NOT on that level as of yet. Ideas?

Staying healthy during THAT time
I am having the hardest time staying on track during my time of the month. Cramps, sleepy, tired and sooooo many cravings. I can't bring myself to exercise much at all. Any ideas?

Sleep deprivation and fatigue
Sometimes when I'm woken up by my kids too early, or I'm sleep deprived, I get hunger pangs. It breaks my fast and I always eat something bad. Any ideas on a better way to deal with it?

IF schedule is out of whack
Right now my IF schedule is out of whack. I've tried cauliflower rice and it leaves me So look hungry.omg. Also, having a hard time balancing my fasting times as I go to bed around 1 am. Being healthy during the summer
I have 3 teens with autism. I live in AK so the days are incredibly long and very short nights. Also, am not always able to go sleep very early in the summer time. I am finding it so much harder to work out with my kids around. Any ideas?
