I am newishewish to fitnesspal.

I'm a housewife and have 3 kids with autism. I have PCOS, chronic fatigue, arthritis, bad knees, chronic back and neck pain, etc.

I would like to get under 200, bare minimum. Preferably down to my pre-marital weight of 175-185. Right now, I'm having a hard time getting that first 10 pounds off of my body.

    Welcome! To lose weight, you just have to eat less, but it takes time. Plug in your stats in setup, log your food and aim to hit your target every day.
