What do you count as water? Herbal tea? Black tea? Iced tea?
Just curious.

Any liquid you drink (other than hard alcohol) counts toward hydration. I count tea, coffee, diet soda, protein shakes, milk, sparkling water beverages, etc.

I don't keep track of water or liquid intake in my diary. Not relevant for me. If the color of the pee is light yellow, I am OK; darker yellow means that I need to drink more water; very light means that that I am over hydrated. Water intake will change according with the ambient temperature, humidity, sodium/salt intake and physical activity.
But I do keep a "mental" log of my liquid intake, such as water with every meal and in between, two coffees a day, fruit, vegetables, soups, sparkling water, green tea etc. Everything counts.0 -
