When I first started I only did 12-13 hours fasting. Sometimes you have to build up your residence.

Up to 200 is fine. But also trying to watch my sugars. Was thinking of trying some cake in a mug recipes.

Yes, I can have cooked or canned fruit but my body doesn't handle the sugar well.

I should add that I'm allergic to most fruit.

Yes. I have health problems. Yes, I need to lose weight. I had already started losing weight when I got to the doctors office. As for macros, I'm just trying to get in at least 20% protein. It is helping. I do miss eating carbs, but find I don't really need them until dinner. A small amount helps me sleep better at night.

Thank you guys for the advice. I still can't workout much, other than some impulsive dancing in the kitchen. I rest a lot.

I'll see how much I'm eating before I decide for sure what to do. Most doctors are NOT nutritionists or dietitions.

Nice to know I'm not the only one here that gets blown by there cycle. I also have pain during my cycle, so I know that's part of it.

Also, I think my caloric range actually decreased by 50 calories since I began.

Has anyone here started at higher calorie range, and decrease over time? Maybe I could start with 1700 calories?

I started at 270, I'm currently at 261 as of today. I'm trying to lose 10 pounds at a time. My long term goal is to weigh what I did when I got married - 170. I know that's not BMI friendly, but I've never been able to weigh my right BMI without going hungry.

Part of me is afraid of committing to 1400 calories because I don't think I can stick to it. Right now I've been trying to get around 20% protein overall. It's harder than I thought it would be.

Try breaking your fast with some bone broth or a very thin soup.

Well with my health problems, recovery takes longer. Maybe I'll rest one more day after today and then start up again. Just not as much as I did.

Hugz. Eating enough protein and sauteed or roasted veggies can help. Especially the protein. You don't have to workout in public, you can workout in private. There's tons of workout videos you can buy on Amazon. There's TONS of fitness channels on YouTube. Jessica Smith, Lucy Wyndham-Read, FitnessBlender, HASfit, etc.

There were too many exercises to count. Sometimes it's like 10-20 seconds marching in place or stationary jump rope movement, the other is 30-40seconds doing starjumps or some other movement

I can't always help my sleep deprivation when it happens as my kids are autistic and wake up super early, no matter what. I will see if I can't push the hunger away with tea or miso soup next time.

Oh ok. I might stick to once a week. I might change it to everyday later. I have noticed my weight gone down a bit since I record my food. I was eating way more than I thought, and not enough protein as I'd like.

I usually weigh myself naked in the morning, and only once a day. But for recording my weight, I'm still unsure.

I usually workout at home. Also, with three, one is high functioning and the other two are lower, it's hard taking them out by myself.

I just started the other day. Started at 269 and am 267.4 today. I plan on biking after my nap.

Try looking up Yoga Tuneup. It's a DVD with rubber balls. It might help.
