There is no HIIT workout I can add? Do I list it as aerobics or what?

What exercise were you doing while switching up intensity? Record under that and select higher intensity (if listed).0

There were too many exercises to count. Sometimes it's like 10-20 seconds marching in place or stationary jump rope movement, the other is 30-40seconds doing starjumps or some other movement0

Circuit training.0

I record as Circuit Training and put in my calorie burn from the heart rate monitor.0

I just googled it recently and I think i'll log it as circuit training. Thanx.0

I get on my bike, record a bike activity, do hill repeats until I want to puke fire, then limp home. It just goes in as a bike ride, because that's what it was. You can tell from the Intensity Factor and from the power chart that it was HIIT.0

I record it as calisthenics.0

If body weight exercise it's callisthenics, if with weight it's circuit training.
As far as calories are concerned it doesn't matter as the METS value is the same (and just a rough estimate).1
