Fussy eater
So, I’m struggling with dinner ideas. Breakfast/lunch I can whip up quickly, but dinner is a problem for me so I usually just binge eat. I need some ideas, I’m quite fussy and hate most veg lol. What’s some of your simple low cal dinners??

Should I eat less carbs?
So my friend has lost 2 stone but cutting out carbs, she has lots of weight to loose whereas I only have 1 stone. Should I be reducing my carb intake to help speed weight loss? I do like my mash and jacket potatoes :(

Swimming
Hi everyone! I really enjoy swimming, but don’t enjoy the gym. Iv been told that swimming don’t really help with weight loss, is that true? I want to do something I enjoy otherwise I just quit to easy but I really need to do something that will help me loose weight and tone up! Any info?

How many!
Hi everyone MFP has been great but it’s saying I should be eating 1,560 a day to loose 1.5lb a week, yet other websites are telling me I should eat only 1380 a day?? It’s also asking me about TDEE which I have no idea about. Just some info I’m 20, female, 5’10 and weigh 80.5 kg Thank you!!

I’m staying under my cal allowance but I’m eating to many carbs!! Does that matter! I’m a carb lover!!

Am I eating to much???
Iv been eating around 1500 cals a day, only gone over 1/2 days but nothing major. Iv been eating lots of meat, I have weetabix for breakfast with skimmed milk, and maybe jacket potatoe with bolognase at lunch then dinner, but I never feel hungry, so I’m worrying I’m not in much of a deflict!

So I could eat a McDonald’s and chocolate cake in one day as long as I don’t go over 1,600 cals and I’ll still loose weight? Why does slimming world say no to chocolate and takeaways if that’s the case??
