I need tips! How to eat, what to eat, how to calorie deflict. Help please!!!

You can eat whatever you want. All you need to do is eat to the calorie goal MFP gave you and that's it. It's not a diet it's a lifestyle change towards eating in appropriate moderation5

This.
If you are maintaining while eating four pieces of pizza every night for dinner, eat three instead. There's your deficit.3 -
Eat normally and log every bit of it. See how much over you are and figure out what adjustments to make - one slice instead of two? No sugary sodas? Regular cheeseburger instead of quarter pounder? Just play with changing what you ate to different amounts or choices until it comes out right.1

Everything you eat IS your diet by definition.
First, start with, how much are you eating now? Spend 2-3 weeks just eating like normal and logging everything you eat every day as you eat it. Don't forget to log the little things like drinks, butter, oils, etc. If it goes in your mouth, it goes in the log.
Second, trim off about 200 calories per day. By this point you have several weeks of data to review to determine where is a good place to remove extra food based on your eating habits. Maybe it's one less piece of pizza - save it for lunch the next day. Maybe it's half as much salad dressing. Maybe it's less butter when cooking. Once you know where your calories are going, you should be able to identify tolerable ways to reduce them, ways that fit your lifestyle.
Third, track your progress, adjust your plan. I do this every month, you need a good month for changes to become apparent, but frequency can be adjusted to fit your needs. Weigh, take measurements, compare to the previous, and the beginning. Look at your goal vs. actual - are you sticking to the plan. If you are sticking to the plan and it's not working, adjust the plan, maybe cut back another 200 calories, maybe add in some exercise. If you aren't sticking to the plan, what is the problem, are you craving certain foods? Snacking late at night? Eating out of boredom? If you can identify the adherence problem, then you can find a fix for it.3 -
Really simple.... eat less food. For me its just about numbers. The number of calories should meet the MFP goal you setup to help you lose a stone, that's is all you have to do.. Any food you want. That's the greatest part of it all really.
I can't help you on the driving past pizza places and having to stop in, but try to plan on these things. If you don't plan on it and still go in and eat, still log it! Eventually and over some time you will get the hang of what you want and need to do.

Do a but of exercise, preferably something you enjoy.1 -
Eat food, then enter into this app the fact that you ate. Try to stay under the calories this app set for you. It'll get easier as you gain experience.0

One step at a time. First learn to eat healthy foods, even at pizza places. (I often have a salad and a plain slice, for example.) Try healthy alternatives whenever possible. I think you know what they are. Best of luck.1

There's no much crap information out there I completely understand that it can be overwhelming. The fact is all you need to lose weight is to eat less than you burn. Start with some of the advice given above and take it one small day, one day at a time. All the Best!1
