Too many carbs

I’m staying under my cal allowance but I’m eating to many carbs!! Does that matter! I’m a carb lover!!

    For weight loss? No, it doesn't matter. Weight loss is created by a calorie deficit and you can do that while eating high, moderate, or low carbohydrate -- it's up to you.

    For nutrition, you want to make sure you're getting sufficient protein and fat. You need both of these, but you can get enough of them while still eating plenty of carbohydrates.

    Nope. Unless you have a health reason to require lower carbs all you have to do is stay under the calorie allowance. Make sure you weigh your food on a food scale for proper logging as much as possible.
