The Real Way!!
On Nov 20th I was under 200lbs but the way I got under 200 was tricking the scale which I learned on someones post on here. Weighing yourself that way is not accurate so I went back to weighing myself normal and this morning I hit 198.6!!!!!!! I am so excited and got ready and worked out!

Too Much?
I was just wondering if you over exercise? I am doing P90 right now but I also have turbo jam and want to also do that but Im wondering if that is too much working out in one day or if I should just wait and do that after my 90 days? I was wondering if for your food guidelines you use the guided they give you or if you customize your own. I have been following the guided but notice almost everyday I am going over on protein and less on the carbs...should I change it or leave it?

Wii Fit
Hey Everyone! I was just curious on how to count my time on my wii fit. I just did it for a hour and a half and it says I burned 700 calories. I know if I had a HRM I would get the exact but I dont have one of those.

How Often?
I was just curious how often everyone weight's their selves? I usually do it everyday and Im wondering if I should stop that. It keeps me more under control doing it so often and most of the time I see the scale go down everyday.

Not Losing
