Hello Everyone!

My bf has a bet going on at work and needs to drop some fast pounds and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? The bet is for money so he will do pretty much anything!!!

    My brother "lost" a lot of weight fast with the "lemon detox diet" that is floating around the internet. It's ten days of hell and depending on how much he needs to lose...

    I don't think it would be that healthful if he wasn't committed to continuing with something after those first ten days. :ohwell:

    I would agree that the Lemon Detox would probably work for this type of competition. Not the healthiest thing to do, but we do a lot of crazy things for money.
