I'm just curious about when adding your exercise to your daily log how you know what one to put the video under. For example the last 2 weeks I"ve been doing the Slim In 6 Start Up which is only 25 mins so I just put it under aerobics low impact. Since Tuesday I've moved up to the 50min Ramp Up video which now includes weights or resistance bands(which I use weights) so do I still keep it under low impact for move it to general aerobics? high impact? Im sure the 60min Burn It Up will be high impact right? Im so confused!!!!! I also have hip hop abs, tae bo amped, and power 90, and some core videos. Can anyone PLEASE help me!!!!!

Thanks,
Jenn

I would say the tae bo would be considered "kickboxing".

I count my bootcamp dvd as general aerobics.

I use use the Power 90 and on the Sculpt (resistance band/weight) days, I put it in a circuit training and the Sweat (cardio) days I put general aerobic.
