I finally broke through!
I have been dreading the 210 mark. My weight has been hovering right around the 211 point for 2 weeks. This morning I weighed in at 209.8! I know its not much, but it feels so good to finally break through. :bigsmile:

Mono-Diet 1 Day a week?
My short term goal is 190 by the 6th of November... That is 15 pounds in less than 4 weeks... Not going to be easy, so along with my current training and dieting, I am going to go for adding a mono-diet day on Sundays. Opinions?

Up and Working over 24 hours, do I allow more calories?
My day started at 6:00am this morning. I will be working until 9:00am tomorrow when I can finally get to bed. If you have to be up 27+ hours, do you allow yourself additional calories to get through the night, or do you stay true to your goal allowance?
