What music do you listen to to keep moving during your workouts? I am looking for a fresh perspective, trying to build a new playlist on my iPOD for my round's training sessions when I am working out alone. I like every kind of music there is EXCEPT: Blue Grass, RAP where the DJ feels the need to talk over the music shouting out his homeboys, and RAP that features the sound of guns being racked or shot.

Typically, If it has as good beat, lyrics that make sense, Im in.

Lets start posting people, Ill start off with what is in my playlist so far:

Linkin park. Lots from meteora and definitely when they come for me from the new album.

Green day. Can't walk during minority. Can't even run slow.

Check out ozomatli. Can't stop is kick *kitten* to run too and way positive. Como Ves is great and literally cheers you on. Several versions and one starts slow so choose wisely. Magnolia Soul and Love and Hope. And After Party are all great and positive.

Dusting off the old stuff, Fishbone's Truth and Soul album is fun and upbeat. Mghty Long Way is particularly good for running and appreciating your friends. Go grooveshark my stuff. I love these people.
