I was thinking of starting a group for adapting exercises for those of us with mobility issues.. and wondered if enough people would be interested to start a group? It would not be about burning calories, running miles or gaining loads of muscle but more for those of us who are wheelchair users or other mobility issues…

I just wondered what games are on everyones xmas list for keeping fit and exercising? I have a Wii and have Daisy Fuentes Pilates and my fitness coach cardio workout on mine (with boxing gloves) as I looked on You tube and they were the most easy to adapt for me.
