calories burned for 2 JM videos?

My friend told she managed to get 2 Jillian Michaels DVD's in a sale, she's thinking of doing one after the other each day and wondered how many calories she will burn?

She got the 30 day shred and the burn fat boost metabolism one. I'm guessing she will start on the easy level for both any ideas on rough calories for her to do one after the other?
