Squats and hamstring soreness
Question for the lifters out there: when I first started squats made my quads sore... Now after six months of increasing weight my hamstrings seem more sore. I think I'm doing them right and haven't changed much just increased weight very slowly Any ideas why the pattern of post exercise soreness would change?

Weak left arm
I have been lifting for about six months and my left arm is weaker than my right especially on bench press. Any advice on how to make my weak arm stronger? Changing our society
