Low carb rice xxx

Eating raw liver???
Anyone tried it??? I have heard and read that raw liver is amazing as a protein shake??? Your thoughts... I have been trying to get my head around it before I try it, as for cooked liver, will eat it, but I would not choose to cook it as a meal xx Need a home made protein shake....

Anyone else get this??? My Amazon Total Body workout classes do this for me. If you use a treadmill your heart rate is up and when you get off it your workout is over, but when you work several muscels at at time it last longer... Anyone else heard of this??? xx
