How to put pics in the blog?

I thought I posed a pic, in my blog.. After looking at it for half an hour, then thinking ok do this.. You can only look better, this is the start, say goodbye to that body and hello the the new one you are working on..

Then pressed send and it did not come up!! Agghh.. Where is my pic?? Any ideas anyone?? Thank you xx xx
