Click on "my home", and then "goals" which will be a sub-category beneath "my home"...at the bottom click change goals. Then it will ask you if you want to do guided or custom..hit custom. Then it will take you to a screen where you can change everything: your calories, the percentage of fat/carb/protein, sodium etc...hope that helps!0

I know the question has already been answered, but... I always consider the carbs to be a "maximum" that you don't want to go red, but the protein (in my mind) is a minimum. My goal is to get the protein in the red each day. Especially with MFP's low initial settings, it's very difficult, if not impossible, for a healthy person to eat too much protein. But it's easy to eat too little protein, and that's something to pay attention to if you're trying to lose weight without losing muscle.0
