Hi All

This is for the ladies... Have you ever had problems with the HRM rubbing under your sports bra??? I have a Sports jock bra (several) love them.. But have just started to use my HRM that I have had for 2 years...

I can back from a 9 mile jog, hilly terrain and I have a 4 inch mark/cut/chaff under my boob, kind of like a boob job scar... Never ran that much (ok 2 halfs but just getting into running)

Any ideas how to not get this??? I thought I would ask those who would know...

Bepanthan is working well!!!! It hurts.

Thank you xxxx

Haven't had that problem at all, but I would suggest putting some Vaseline before a long run to avoid rubbing next time!

I don't want to sound like a smart aleck, but since you've managed without the HRM for the last 2 years, maybe it's not necessary to wear it. You probably got a good estimate of the calories you're burning. I would just use that average for each mile or minute you run. If you're losing weight, you will have to keep in mind that the number of calories burned will decrease, unless you're running harder and faster. I wear mine just under the band of my sports bra and haven't had a problem yet. If it hurt, I'd stop wearing it, 'cause I don't put up with unnecessary pain.

Thank you for all your advice, your not a smark aleck love22, I did not explain myself.

I need to get fit, well I am very fit, I want to look as fit as I am.

I have not been working out to the best of my ability, I dont know when I am at my fat burn zone and such, I still need to learn this, as I have only been training the last 2 years and am still learning. I have only just started running, yes I ran a half in March but did not train properly, I also ran one in September, but need to get more running in.

Will use vaseline next time! Cheers!!
