Hi All
New to this site, but not new to food... Here as friends have recommended this site to me and I have seen the results on them all.
I train hard, total body workouts 3 times a week, run at least once a week, 6/8 miles, spin 1+ times a week, martial arts 3+ times a week. I also run a house and work part time. Very busy, and work very hard.
But if you looked at me you would not know I was fit, my food is my downfall. I am online directly looking for things to put in a new food itinerary. Also I have to get back into making sure I have food on me at all times and my food is prepared.
Over the last few months I have been eating after 7, crisps and chocolate bars, I dont mean one or two!! My friend told me to have a look at calories I did, one day I ate 4,000... Then she told me about this site. This site has told me I need 1,200 a day. That is with all my training!!
Well time for a change, I would not mind if I ate due to being hungry but I just eat as I dont know when to stop, going to look online to see what hormone is released when your stomach tells your brain you have had enough, then see if there is a food supplement of sorts? Or food that I can bring into my diet. Willing to try anything at the moment...
Have an amazing day everyone! And thank you for all the inspiration, this site is amazing xx

Thank you! Seen pictures of myself at the Bristol half last week! I could of died... Any tips please feel free to share, you look toned. So diet and working out, not just working out and eating like a gannet! xx0 -
Good luck honey!!! Bless you're definately fitter than me lol! Just a thought but as a person who has to eat all day long I definitely think it's about what to eat rather than quantity. I eat low fat low sugar high protein and I am full all day but also eat all day, I'm hypogaecemic so I have to eat anyway, and I eat every 3 hours without fail. I don't go without sweet stuff either but I cook and make everything. I swear by canderel lol! I make merringues and cookies and cake that are all low fat low sugar options. In the evening I eat low fat cheese on wholewheat multigrain crackers before I go to bed about 9pm -10pm the whole not eating after a certain time is rubbish by the way, you just need to make it rich in protein. Oooo there i go again rambling! Sorry just got a bit excited as this may work better for you.

I know, I never did used to eat all this crap, but I cant stop once I start!! After seeing my picture for the Bristol half marathon, I nearly threw up, I did not realise how much I have put on, then I weighted myself at a friends, welll... Ummm, LOL
Thank you so much for your advice, please feel free to add me as a friend x I know what I need to eat, I just need to stop stealing the children snax... xx
I never ate after 7pm, unless I train in the evening, then I would. Worked for me, but then I did not train for a month and put on a stone, FFS, I wanted to loose a stone so I could get in the next weight category for martial arts, LOL xx Tahnks for your post x0 -
Lol!!! I must admit it is really hard if you have other peoples food in the house that you like
When my kids lived with me I used to buy them all the stuff I didn't like lol! They loved bourbon biscuits and I hate them lol! I hate cheese and onion flavour crisps so I bought them those lol! Although I didn't buy a lot of that sort of thing, we lived in the middle of nowhere, no shop or anything, so you kind of had to make do with what you had or make something.
There you go move to the middle of nowhere, that's the answer lol! ha ha ha ha
I will definitley add you sweet, we'll have a laugh!0
