OK, after starting here last week, I stopped all my cakes and c**p foods, stuck to counting calories, sometimes with my cardio I have 2,000 to to use up in a day... I never manged it, one day I was spot on.
But in my first week I did not mange to shift 1lb, sooooo went to bed feeling down then got up and have decided to do something positive, negative was last night. Now sat here with my 40 cals hot choc drink, I have been on the Internet looking you can have Lipotropics Injections, I looked into this... Now WHY oh why get these when you can get the same from original B6 and B12 foods (organic) or supplements??? All these injections are, are B12 shots, once they are in your system you can not get them out if you have a reaction, your body does not know how to cope with such a blast... Sooooo searching the Internet for a couple of hours...
I am going to try and see if I can get the B12 and others up and running and see if I can shift weight. I am going to be positive, it is not just a blood group!! :flowerforyou:

My lunch 287 cals for a big meal... With spinach of course xx LOL xx
• 1½ tbsp groundnut oil
• 225g lamb's liver , cut into strips
• 1 leek , diagonally sliced
• 1 red pepper , seeded and cut into rough squares
• 1 red chilli , seeded and finely chopped
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 garlic clove , crushed
• 100g spring greens , thinly sliced
• grated zest of 1 orange and 2 tbsp juice
1. Heat a tablespoon of the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the liver and stir fry over a moderately high heat for 3 minutes until light brown - don't cook for longer or the liver will become rubbery. Remove to a plate, leaving the juices in the pan.
2. Tip the leek, red pepper and chilli into the pan with the rest of the oil and stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes. Add the oregano, garlic and greens and stir fry for a further 30 seconds or so, until the greens have just wilted and turned a nice bright green.
3. Return the liver to the pan, add the orange zest and juice, sherry, then season. Toss everything together on a high heat and serve immediately.

I take a Super B Complex and Sublingual B12. Since they are water-soluable vitamins, you basically 'pee out' any excess that you do not need.0

Hi Blackthorne99, as good as that sounds, I train a lot, I am sure my instructor would get very annoyed with me running to the toilet and when running for an hour I would be stopping at the bushes... LOL
Also I do sweat when I train, so if I did pee it out, there would not be much left for me to sweat!!
But thank you soooo much for your input xxx:drinker:0 -
Oh you don't pee any extra - it just ends up being excreted in your urine as does any other waste product.0

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Now I like that sound of that... I will look into it, as I do sweat a lot when training!! Thank you so much :flowerforyou:0
